- Emergency release reporting for spills or emissions of hazardous chemicals or petroleum;
- Periodic reporting and notification requirements applicable to storage of threshold quantities of hazardous substances and extremely hazardous substances;
- Annual Toxic Release Inventory (Form R) reporting of releases of hazardous substances from facilities that manufacture, process, or otherwise use regulated quantities of such substances; and
- Development, submission, and maintenance of Risk Management Plans (RMPs) under Section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act.
