We work with environmental consultants to conduct complete, confidential audits of companies and farms to detect environmental violations and liabilities that could lead to government enforcement and citizen lawsuits. Once environmental problems are detected, we formulate an action plan to address them. In some situations, this action plan may include reporting the violations to the government to obtain immunity for the violations under an immunity or amnesty program for self-disclosures.
